Today marks the spot, the day I have actually been waiting for awhile now,
I am finally 12weeks.

My body has become more sore, I'm doing my best in trying to exercise as much as I can,
walking a lot, lifting light weights & doing some yoga or Tracy Anderson workouts,
but I have to remember not to push myself like I used to because my body starts to fail on me.
