Self Care

I am the person that forgets about myself.
So I've decided to care about myself a whole lot more and by doing that I will accept that I can not do everything because I can not burn myself down just to get things done.

I've set up a short list to be able to achieve this;
- two ultimate goals.
- to make time to exercise every day.
- to make it to bed 30mins earlier than normal.
- to write a gratitude list daily.
- to read a book and actually finish it.
- to not sweat the silly things.
